Your region, zero data retention
- UK, EU, AU and US endpoints. Documents stay in the region you choose.
- Zero data retention: uploads and their results are available for 24 hours, then leave the workspace. Export what you need to keep. Policy.
- Documents are never used to train models.
- Encryption in transit and at rest. Cyber Essentials certified.
- Organisations, roles and invites, so a case is visible to the people who should see it and no one else.
Why 24 hours
A lender needs the statements for the decision, not forever. ExactSum reads them, gives you the analysis and the exports, and then they are gone from the workspace, which is the answer most security reviews are looking for.
