In addition, Requestee and Requestor agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action and damages whatsoever that may arise in connection with the relationship between the Requestor and Requestee, whether such claim arises in connection with tortious acts, a contractual relationship or otherwise.
