ExactSum is the bank statement and financial document analysis platform for lenders, law firms and accountancy practices, returning evidenced affordability, source-of-funds and credit decisions with every figure cited.
One paragraph
ExactSum reads bank statements from any bank in any format, alongside filed and management accounts and the income and property evidence behind a high net worth case. It returns categorised transactions, affordability and income analysis, fraud checks and automated credit decisions, with every figure cited to the document it came from. Lenders, law firms and accountancy practices use it in place of manual statement review. ExactSum was founded in London in 2024 by Aleks Kudic and Mirjana Kudic and is part of the Titan Fintech portfolio.
Long form
ExactSum is an AI platform for bank statement and financial document analysis, built for lenders, law firms and accountancy practices. It reads bank statements from hundreds of banks and formats, filed and management accounts, and the portfolio statements, income statements, P60s and verifications behind a high net worth case, and returns every transaction categorised and cited to the page it came from.
On top of the extraction sit the analysis modules each customer asks for. SME, asset finance, invoice factoring and consumer lenders get revenue, affordability, overdraft, unpaid and existing-lender analysis, with a decision engine that applies their own credit policy to auto-approve, refer or decline. Conveyancers and private client teams get source of funds and anti-money-laundering checks. Accountancy practices get categorised books, a cash P&L and lender-ready application packs. Document forensics run on every statement, checking who produced the PDF, whether it reconciles to the penny and whether the figures were tampered with.
ExactSum is Cyber Essentials certified, operates with zero data retention and never uses customer data for model training, with endpoints in the UK, EU, Australia and the US. Company data comes from Companies House and the Irish Companies Registration Office, and property values from HM Land Registry. ExactSum is founder-led and self-funded, built in London, and is part of the Titan Fintech portfolio alongside ExactCov, ExactVal and ExactRec.

The E and the wordmark
The E is the mark: a white E with a cyan square on an indigo tile. The wordmark carries the full name. Use the E where the name is already present or space is tight, and keep clear space around either of at least half the height of the E.

Aleks Kudic
Co-founder
Aleks runs engineering and product. Before ExactSum he was CTO of Funding Options, one of the UK's largest SME lending brokers; European CTO of Grove Capital, a large fund management business; and an engineering manager at Meta and at Barclays Bank. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a first-class degree in electrical engineering from UCL.

Mirjana leads customers and operations: onboarding, the analysis modules lenders ask for, and the support channel. She came to ExactSum from product at Funding Circle, the UK SME lending platform, so she has sat on the lender side of the affordability decisions the product now supports.
