The case, in plain words, with the evidence
Questions answered from the analysis ExactSum has already run on the case, never from the model's memory.

How does revenue look?
Monthly credits, top payers and cash deposits for the case, with the transactions behind each figure.

Can they afford it?
The affordability summary: income, essential costs, existing debt and the surplus, as the case records them.

What should I worry about?
Returned items, overdraft days, gambling, possible undisclosed lenders and forensics warnings, each with its rows.

Who else is involved?
Director and linked-party transfers, HMRC payments and Companies House data for the business.

Does it pass our policy?
The Decision Engine outcome and the rule behind it, once your team has run your policy on the case.

02 / How it will work
An MCP server, not a copy of your data
ExactSum will connect through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot all use to reach tools. The assistant asks ExactSum at question time; nothing is exported into it.
- Sign in with your ExactSum account. The assistant sees the cases you can see in ExactSum, and nothing else.
- Read-only. The assistant can ask about a case; it cannot change one, run a decision or send anything.
- Every answer comes from ExactSum's analysis and names the module and transactions it came from. If ExactSum cannot show it, the assistant should not say it.
- Drafts are drafts. Memos and emails come back to you to edit and send.
